It should be presented to the Mayor of the city and the Governorby the President of Ca-MOAA or a designated representative. We should speak for all the Military/Veteran organizations in the State. If this measue wins, then all Military Organizations should ban any future meetings in the city of San Francisco until such time that they allow the re-introduction of JROTC into the School System. Someone should contact the key Veterans Oraganziation to make them aware of this initiative: AMerican Legion, VFW, MOAA, AFA, Navy League, Marine Corp League,AUSA,NCOA, etc.Each organization should issue a formal resolution and present to the Governor and Mayor. You ask "what on earth is going on in San Francisco...? Absolutely nothning! San Francisco is not on Earth!!. It is on Mars.
