EMBASSY SUITES NEARS SELLOUT FOR ANNUAL MEETING DATES

Efforts have been made to extend the hotel registration special $119 rate deadline date until November 15th.

CDR Gus Gustafson, USN (RET), facilities on-site coordinator, reports that the hold on the committed rooms will expire at 12:01am on the 1st of November per contract.

However, the hotel manager said that those seeking reservations after that date will be accomodated at the $119 special rate depending on room availability.

The hotel reportedly is very close to being sold out for the period November 30 to December 2, 2007.

Members who will be attending the Annual Meeting and still plan to stay at the conference hotel should make reservations without delay.
