My golly what a great disertation to explain the Cal-MOAA affliation, participation and objectives. The Cal-MOAA Secretary should send this to every Chapter (including the non affiliated ones) and request it be published in their Chapter Newsletter. He should also send it National for publication in the "Military Officer" monthly magazine.
However, for the record our California Council(s) have been affilated with National for far longer than 25 years. Of course then we were two Councils (North & South) that stretched back to my knowledge to 1967 way before the joining together in 1983. Heck we might even ask consideration for affilation be granted for the formation of ROA,then TROA and now MOAA to way back in Long Beach,California in 1929.
